Lex Properties got its start the way many great companies do — by solving a real problem. Our founders saw a gap in quality student housing near the University of Kentucky and got to work, starting with a single home renovation. That same commitment to quality has carried us well beyond student housing. We've developed and delivered multiple market-rate communities over the years, and we're now bringing a brand-new 96-unit residential community to Lexington.
