Since 1990, AU Associates Inc. has leaned into these principles and channeled public and private investment into the creation of affordable housing. Focusing on opportunities for new infill development and adaptive reuse of existing structures, AU has been directly responsible for over 40 projects totaling over $300 million of project costs which have created over 1,700 units of affordable rental housing in our communities.
