Anderson Communities is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our growing team at our Park Lake community in Louisville, KY. 

You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment community. Our goal is to provide a pleasant experience for people searching for affordable, high-quality housing and a place to call home. Our Leasing Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage, plus excellent commission opportunities. Our Consultants average $38K-48K annually and determine their income potential.

Duties include:

• Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking within the local community
• Schedule and conduct tours, showcasing options and amenities
• Process lease agreements and move-in inspections
• Promote Resident retention and provide excellent customer service
• Help create and participate in Resident events

Requirements:

• Previous, successful sales experience in any industry
• Previous commission-based sales preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be available to work alternating weekends
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn new software
• Must be drug free and maintain a neat appearance
• Must be felony free, and have a valid driver's license
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
• Hours:  Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm; Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday 10am-3pm; Sunday 1pm-4pm
• Average of 40 hour work week. Weekend coverage rotates and includes a day off during the week alternately
