• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and leasing. Tour prospective residents, process applications, screen tenants, prepare Lease Agreements, audit files, copy documents, organize folders and provide Customer service to the residents.
• Requirements are as follows: - Must have proficient computer and office equipment skills. 1-3 years of experience in property management and leasing. Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium). Be responsible and reliable. Strong organizational skills a must. Have a positive, get the job done attitude. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
