WHO WE ARE
Lex Properties is a Central Kentucky real estate development and property management company. We are leasing a brand-new 96-unit community and looking for an Assistant Community Manager to help lead it. Management experience is not required — what we are looking for is someone with proven leasing success, a strong work ethic, and the drive to grow into something more. If you are the kind of person who excels with people, takes ownership of their results, and is ready to be developed into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage leasing activity for a brand-new 96-unit community — tours, follow-up, applications, and closings
- Oversee daily operations: resident files, lease documentation, work order coordination, and vendor management
- Drive occupancy, renewal, and revenue goals in partnership with senior leadership
- Handle rent collections, move-ins, move-outs, and financial posting accurately and on time
- Maintain a professional leasing environment and deliver a high-quality resident experience
- Monitor traffic, conversion, and market trends to support leasing strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder — with prospects, residents, and vendors alike
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Self-directed and dependable — you follow through without being reminded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance expectations
- Property management/leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Background in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is valued
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred

ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a single-person office role at a lease-up community, which means you will have real responsibility from day one. You will work closely with experienced leadership that is accessible, invested in your development, and focused on building something great together. The position carries performance expectations and a compensation structure that rewards those who meet them.
